The Recruitment and Marketing Team at First Rung is responsible for attracting and enrolling 16-18 year olds into our Foundation Learning and Apprenticeship programs. They manage marketing campaigns, organize events, and engage with potential learners through various channels to promote our training opportunities at our Colindale, Edmonton, and Watford centres.
