Ridha Firdaus has extensive experience in project management and civil engineering. Currently working as a Project Manager at First Resources Ltd., Ridha has overseen various construction projects including refinery, biodiesel, and fractionation plants. Prior to this role, Ridha worked as an Assistant Manager in site engineering at the same company and held positions at companies such as Apical, PT. Atlas Resources Tbk, and PT Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk. Ridha holds a Diploma 3 in Civil Engineering from Politeknik Negeri Padang.
