Susan Chara has extensive experience in education and management, currently serving as a Paraprofessional at Mountain Lakes School District since February 2023 and as a Support Supervisor at Bridges to Learning Aftercare since September 2019. In addition, Susan has been a Sunday School Teacher at First Reformed Church since September 2014, focusing on early childhood spiritual education. Previous roles include Department Manager at Bed Bath & Beyond from October 2008 to March 2019 and District Training Store Manager at Blockbuster from October 1995 to October 2008, where Susan trained employees and improved store profitability. Susan began their career as an Assistant Manager at Compact Disc World Inc from 1988 to 1998. Susan holds a degree from William Paterson College, completed in 1991.
