Cecily Tucker, CPA, is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in accounting operations and financial management. Currently serving as Controller and Vice President at First PREMIER Bank/PREMIER Bankcard since 2018, Cecily oversees accounting operations for a leading Mastercard credit card issuer and successfully led the implementation of Workday Financials. Prior to this role, Cecily spent two decades at Sanford Health, transitioning from a Health Plan position to Executive Director Finance, overseeing Corporate Accounting, Financial Reporting, Tax, and Grants. Additional roles at Sanford include Chief Financial Officer and Director of Finance, where major responsibilities encompassed budgeting, forecasting, and risk management. Cecily also has teaching experience as an Adjunct Professor at Augustana University and began their career as an Auditor at McGladrey. Cecily holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Accounting from the University of South Dakota.
