Neil Loeb has over 30 years of experience in the real estate and construction sectors. Currently serving as Engineer II at First Potomac Realty Trust since August 2006, Neil oversees the maintenance of approximately 700,000 square feet of property. Prior to this role, Neil worked as a Superintendent at George Comfort & Sons, Inc. from May 1982 to May 2004, where responsibilities included managing staff, overseeing construction projects, and coordinating tenant and landlord activities. Neil possesses multiple licenses related to fire safety, sprinkler systems, and standpipes, along with a 2-year certification in HVAC from the Turner School for HVAC, completed in 2004.
