Paul Kalaw started their work experience as an IT Intern at First Data Corporation in 2007 and continued as an IT Intern at First Data Corporation in 2008. In 2009, they joined Mutual of Omaha as an I/S Intern and later took on roles such as Application Developer, Application Systems Analyst, Application Solution Architect, and Technical Solution Architect, Team Lead. Since 2021, they have been working as a Lead Developer at First National Bank of Omaha.

Paul Kalaw completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Nebraska at Omaha, both between the years 2005 and 2010.
