Laura Nelson has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Laura began their career as an Associate Account Executive at Fossil in 2003. Laura then worked as a Consultant at Accenture from 2004 to 2006. In 2006, they joined First National Bank of Omaha as an Executive Development Associate, eventually transitioning to the role of Strategic HR Business Partner and later becoming a Vice President. Throughout their time at First National Bank, Laura held various leadership positions including Vice President, Technology Business Partner, Vice President, Agile Technology Strategic Alignment, Vice President, Customer and Operational Excellence, and Vice President, Strategy, Performance, Experience. Most recently, they have taken on the role of Senior Vice President, Small Business Banking. Laura's work experience demonstrates their expertise in strategy development, customer experience improvement, and leading large-scale change initiatives.

From 1998 to 2002, Laura Nelson attended the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management and Marketing.
