Carrie Zoucha has a diverse work experience that spans over two decades. Carrie began their career at First National Bank of Omaha in 2000 as a Business Systems Liaison. After working in this role for two years, they transitioned to become a Training Consultant-Employee Development at FNBO in 2003. In this position, they were responsible for providing training and development support to the employees.

In 2005, Carrie became a Human Resources Adviser at First National Bank. Their primary responsibilities included providing HR support to over 1,000 employees in the Credit Card Division. Carrie utilized their expertise in HR legal, policy, and procedure to recruit and hire new employees.

Carrie continued to advance their career at FNBO and became the Director of Business Development in 2013. Carrie played a vital role in driving business growth, retention, and profitability. Additionally, they served as the senior relationship manager for all financial institution relationships.

Carrie's most recent role at FNBO was Vice President-Commercial Payments, which they started in May 2018. Carrie was responsible for corporate treasury sales and commercial card solutions.
