Mario Abraham Guizar Arreola is an experienced professional currently serving as Gerente de Servicios Técnicos and Gerente de Excelencia Operativa at First Majestic Silver Corp. since October 2012. Responsibilities include synchronizing improvement projects aimed at enhancing productivity, reducing costs, and ensuring safety to achieve business unit objectives, as well as managing production plans derived from annual budgets. Previously, Mario held the position of Sptte. de Gestion y Disciplina Operativa, overseeing the alignment of departments with the monthly operational management plan. Mario also has a background as Jefe de Sistemas, focusing on communication projects within the mines. Prior to this, Mario worked as a Desarrollador WEB at TECSA, developing a PHP project for service control and decision-making indicators. Educational qualifications include a Diplomatura in Operaciones Mineras from the Facultad de Ingeniería de la UNAM and a degree in Ingeniero en Sistemas Computacionales from the Instituto Tecnológico de Durango, complemented by a Green Belt certification in Lean Six Sigma.
