Simon Jackson possesses extensive experience in the brewing and consulting sectors, currently serving as the Director for the European Region at First Key Consulting Inc. and as a Member of the Board of Trustees for the Salisbury and South Wiltshire Museum Trust since June 2016. Previous roles include Chief Judge at The Beer Awards and Non-Executive Director at Hop Back Brewery plc, among others. Simon's career includes significant contributions to the Institute of Brewing and Distilling as Executive Director and various leadership positions in prominent breweries such as Scottish & Newcastle and Scottish Courage. Educational qualifications include a BSc(Hons) in Botany and Zoology from Swansea University and multiple Master Brewer certifications from the Institute of Brewing & Distilling.
