Lauren Tipton has a diverse work experience in the banking industry. Lauren started their career in 2008 at First Hope Bank as a Bank Teller and later became a Platform Assistant. In 2010, they joined First Hope Mortgages as a Post Closing/Shipping Coordinator. Lauren returned to First Hope Bank in 2014 as a Training Coordinator and was eventually promoted to Assistant Vice President and Training Officer.
