Miriani Diaz began their career in 2012 as a Sales Associate at EXPRESS. Miriani provided expert product and service information, made customers aware of new arrivals, and trained new sales employees. In 2015, they took on a Sales Associate role at Levi's Stadium, where they guided customers in choosing items that reflected personal style and shape. Later that same year, they began working as a Sales Associate at BJ's Wholesale Club. In 2016, they joined The Tile Shop as a Sales Associate, where they educated customers on product and service offerings, tracked store orders, and built customer relationships. In 2017, they began working at LeaseQ as a Funding Associate, where they managed the credit approval, documentation, and funding of commercial equipment finance transactions. Finally, in 2018, Miriani joined First Help Financial as a Senior Credit Analyst, then moved on to a Credit Analyst role, and eventually a Senior Funding Associate role.

Miriani Diaz attended Brighton High School from 2009 to 2012, earning a High School Diploma. Miriani then attended Bunker Hill Community College from 2012 to 2015, obtaining a General Studies degree. Finally, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Finance, General from Salem State University from 2015 to 2017.
