Sinh Luong possesses extensive experience in risk management and compliance, currently serving as a Senior Risk Officer at Farmers and Merchants Bank since September 2018. Prior to this role, Sinh held the position of Vice President ERM at City National Bank, where responsibilities included serving as an Enterprise Risk Management Analyst II since April 2016.
