Michael Shadwick is an accomplished banking professional with extensive experience in commercial banking, business lending, and portfolio management. Currently serving as Vice President of Commercial Banking at First Federal Lakewood since April 2023, Michael previously held the position of VP, Commercial Development Officer at KEMBA Financial Credit Union, overseeing financing requests up to $20M. Michael has expertise in healthcare practice finance, commercial real estate, and franchise lending, among others. Prior roles include Vice President of Business Banker II at First Financial Bank, Assistant Vice President at PNC, and various positions at Huntington National Bank, where notable achievements included leading teams to exceptional loan production and training new bankers.
