H Lawrence Dawson has extensive experience in the appraisal field, currently serving as Chief Appraiser at First Federal of Lakewood since May 2007, where management of the Appraisal Department's operations and policies is a primary responsibility. Prior to this role, H Lawrence Dawson operated as a Sole Proprietor at Dawson Real Property Services from 1994 to 2006, specializing in both commercial and residential appraisals. Earlier career experience includes working as a Commercial Appraiser at Ohio Savings Bank from 1986 to 1994.
