Michael Heifetz has an extensive work history in various roles and industries. Michael started their career as a Summer Intern at ING U.S. Investment Management in 2010, where they gained experience in client portfolio updates and participated in team meetings concerning world markets. Michael then moved on to the University of Richmond Emergency Medical Service in 2012, serving as a Communications Officer and being responsible for the organization's communications, marketing, and advertising. In 2013, they interned at BNY Mellon, working within the Depositary Receipts Latin American Team and conducting research on emerging and frontier markets.

From 2014 to 2015, they were an Intern at Hedgeye Risk Management, LLC, and later worked as a Consultant at Lipinsky & Associates, LLC in 2015. In the same year, they also worked as a Marketing Research Analyst at BNY Mellon.

In 2015, they founded Data Chief, LLC, a data collection and management firm that assists Fire, EMS, and Police departments in gathering actionable information for first responders. Michael served as the Founder of this firm until 2019.

Currently, Michael Heifetz is working as the Director of Client Success at First Due, a position they have held since July 2019. Prior to this role, they were a Firefighter at Bedford Hills Fire Department, INC, where they responded to various emergency incidents.

Michael Heifetz attended the University of Richmond from 2010 to 2014, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree. Michael focused their studies on Business Administration with a dual concentration in Finance and International Business. Additionally, they pursued a minor in Spanish. In 2012, Heifetz participated in a Semester Abroad program at the Universidad Carlos III de Madrid, furthering their studies in International Business.
