Iain Gordon is an experienced professional currently serving as Chief Control Officer and Head of first direct Change at first direct since July 2019. Previously, Iain held the position of Senior Change Portfolio & Readiness Manager at first direct from September 2017 to December 2018. Prior to joining first direct, Iain worked at HSBC for a decade in various roles, including Senior Transformation Manager - Originations, Business Steering Manager, Business Support Manager, and Graduate Management Trainee. Iain's educational background includes a Master of Science (MSc) in Management and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB), both from Leeds Beckett University, with studies completed between 2004 and 2009.
