Tarkan Buyuk has a diverse background in various roles and industries. Tarkan started their career at HUGO BOSS in 2010 as an Electronics Technician, where they were responsible for preemptive maintenance, stock management, and compensation tracking. In 2017, they joined Philip Morris International as a Production Operator, focusing on filter manufacturing, maintenance, and adherence to workplace standards. In 2021, they transitioned to TELUS International Turkey as a Content Moderator, where they screened and monitored user-generated content, categorized and marketed content, and ensured platform and user safety. Currently, Tarkan is working at First Contact Service as an Operations Team Leader.

Tarkan Buyuk earned an Associate's Degree in Social Sciences from Anadolu University, where they studied from 2013 to 2018. In addition to their formal education, Tarkan obtained several certifications in Coaching and Mentoring, Middle Manager, and Self-leadership from TELUS International Türkiye in June 2022.
