Ashley Lorah, CCUE, currently serves as Senior Vice President of Support Services at First Commonwealth Federal Credit Union since April 2023, having previously held the role of Vice President Support Services. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Operations Officer and Business Intelligence Manager at Bellco Federal Credit Union from September 2013 to June 2024, where responsibilities encompassed business operations and project implementation. Additional experience includes roles as Retail Operations Manager, focusing on sales and servicing culture, and Member Service Supervisor at Discovery Federal Credit Union. Ashley began a career in banking as Assistant Branch Manager at Metro Bank. Ashley holds a degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, awarded in July 2023, and possesses the CCUE credential.
