Crystal Apostalides serves as the Director of Operations at First Christian Church in Canton since October 2023. With a strong background in claims management at Nationwide Insurance from December 2010 to March 2018, Crystal held various positions including Non-Injury Claims Manager, Administrative Supervisor, and Attorney Negotiator. Responsibilities included managing claims units, leading and organizing staff, and providing coaching and training for team members. Prior to this, Crystal worked as a Master Claims Adjuster and Senior Claims Adjuster, building a robust skill set in the insurance industry. Crystal earned a Bachelor's degree in Science in Education with a focus on Elementary Education and Teaching from Ohio University between 1999 and 2004.
