Erica Ballard, MA, BCBA, is a seasoned Board Certified Behavior Analyst with extensive experience in the field, currently serving at First Children Services and BBNJ since February 2023 and April 2021, respectively. Prior roles include Board Certified Behavior Analyst positions at CPT from September 2019 to August 2020 and PIL from June 2014 to June 2019, where Erica also held the title of Behavior Technician. Erica obtained a Master of Arts in School Psychology from Florida Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Rutgers University - Camden.
