Sally Clarke

Customer Director at First Central

Sally Clarke has over 25 years of experience in customer service and management across various roles in the healthcare and insurance sectors. Currently serving as Customer Director at First Central since November 2021, Sally has previously held multiple significant positions at Simplyhealth, including Customer Services Director and Head of Customer Service, from July 2016 to November 2021. At Denplan, from 1998 to June 2016, Sally progressed through several managerial roles, culminating as Customer Service Manager and Project Manager for Denplan Training. Sally is pursuing a Doctor of Business Administration (D.B.A.) at the University of Winchester, having already earned a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the same institution.
