Matthew Ball is a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst at First Central since October 2022, bringing extensive experience in data analysis and business intelligence. Previously, Matthew held the position of BI Analysis Manager and Lead Data Analyst at Co-op from August 2021 to September 2022, and worked as a Data Analyst at Co-operative funeralcare from November 2018 to August 2021, utilizing the Microsoft Azure stack and Power BI for data visualization and analysis. Prior roles include Senior Associate and Data Assurance Associate at PwC UK from September 2015 to November 2018, and Customer Service Advisor at Santander UK from February 2014 to August 2015. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics from The University of Manchester, where education also included a Foundation Year in Maths and the Sciences as well as A-Levels from Maghull High Sixth Form.
