Lauren Harding serves as the Culture Lead at First Central, where responsibilities include shaping the company's culture and core values through initiatives in employer branding, engagement events, wellbeing, and recognition programs. Previously, Lauren held the position of Senior Wellbeing & Engagement Executive, focusing on evidence-based wellbeing programs and colleague engagement. Earlier roles include Culture and Engagement Officer, where data analysis from pulse surveys informed strategic recommendations, and Human Resources Officer at Bailey & French, contributing to a vision of humanizing the workplace through various HR functions. Lauren also has experience as HR Officer & PA to the CEO, supporting staff during the COVID-19 pandemic. Initial career roles as a Keyholder/Sales Assistant at Animal and a Sales Associate/Diamond Advisor at Signet were formative in developing retail and customer service skills.
