Ryan Frank is a seasoned professional in application development and Salesforce management, currently serving as the Director of Application Development at First Business Bank since November 2014. With experience ranging from senior IT business analysis to management roles, Ryan has expertise in release management, Lightning components, Apex, and process improvement. Prior to this, Ryan was a Salesforce Consultant at CUNA Mutual Group, where innovative training materials were created and clients were trained on Salesforce software. Ryan also held the position of Technical Services Manager at the World Council of Credit Unions, leading the successful launch of a multimillion-dollar mobile banking platform. Ryan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from Brigham Young University.
