Alicia Kallal is a seasoned product manager currently employed at First Bank since March 2023. Prior to this role, Alicia held various leadership positions at Scott Credit Union from January 2012 to May 2022, including Vice President of Member eXperience, Vice President of Branch Operations, Contact Center and Support Services Manager, Regional Branch Manager, and Branch Manager. Alicia also served as Director of Member Services at Gateway Metro FCU from February 2003 to December 2011. Alicia holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Business Administration and Management from Lindenwood University, earned between February 2015 and May 2018.
