Currently serving as Vice President & Senior Portfolio Manager at First Bank of the Lake since December 2020, Milton specializes in government-guaranteed loans. Prior roles include Senior Vice President & Direct Loan Portfolio Manager at Florida Business Development Corporation, Head of Special Assets at Sabadell United Bank, and Chief Credit Officer at Bank of Coral Gables, among others. With a career spanning over two decades in various leadership positions, Milton has managed significant portfolios and has a proven track record in minimizing loss and maximizing asset recovery. Milton holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Clearwater Christian College.
