Kristen Carlson Mellen is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in systems and applications support, banking, and retail management. Currently serving as the Systems & Applications Support Manager at First Bank Chicago since November 2022, Kristen previously held multiple roles at First Bank of Highland Park, progressing from Personal Banker to Systems & Applications Support Administrator. Prior experience includes a Business Consultant position at First Data Merchant Services, where Kristen focused on aiding businesses with eCommerce and POS solutions, and various management roles at Nordstrom, highlighting expertise in sales, customer experience, and staff training. Earlier experience also includes coordinating significant fundraising events with the Muscular Dystrophy Association. Kristen holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Studio Art from Illinois Wesleyan University.
