Rob Quinn is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in finance and government operations. Currently serving as Vice President at First American Education Finance since February 2015, Rob specializes in customizing strategic financing and leasing programs for educational institutions across the Midwest, focusing on energy initiatives and campus improvements. Previously, Rob held multiple roles in the New York State Senate from 1999 to 2012, including Chief of Staff, where responsibilities encompassed supervising office operations, managing communications, and administering legislative initiatives. Rob also gained experience as a Staff Assistant in the U.S. House of Representatives in 2007. Educational background includes a Master of Arts in United States History and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Studies, along with an Associate of Science in Communications & Media Arts.
