Haley Aucoin Melancon possesses extensive experience in the banking and customer service sectors, currently serving as a Credit Analyst at First American Bank and Trust since December 2016, where a diverse skill set has been developed through roles such as Internal Auditor, Insurance Specialist, and Floating Teller. Prior to this, Haley worked as a Receptionist/Admissions Clerk at Oak Alley Plantation Foundation Office from February 2015 to December 2016, managing ticket sales, customer communication, and cash reconciliation. Educationally, Haley holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Nicholls State University, obtained in 2016.
