Lilli Gordon is the Founder and CEO of First Aid Beauty LLC, a company launched in 2009, which addresses gaps in the prestige beauty market by providing effective products suitable for sensitive skin. Previously, Lilli served as a Venture Partner and member of the Advisory Board at MiniLuxe, contributing to the development of a lifestyle beauty concept, and as Partner, COO, and member of the Board of Directors at Fresh Inc., where Lilli was instrumental in establishing business operations and financial systems. Lilli also held the position of President at Cross Retail Ventures, overseeing the development of a specialty retail store concept, and co-founded Trinity I Fund, advising on private equity initiatives. Lilli Gordon holds an MBA in finance from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree from Bowdoin College.
