Lauren DeLaura has extensive experience in operations and product development, currently serving as the Director of Operations at First Aid Beauty since April 2010. In this role, Lauren leads product development efforts alongside the CEO, managing the launch of an average of eight SKUs annually, which involves competitive analysis, raw material selection, and logistics. Prior to this position, Lauren held roles including Senior Operations Manager and Product Development Manager at June Jacobs Labs from April 2007 to April 2010. Additionally, Lauren worked in hotel sales and marketing at The Peninsula New York from August 2001 to April 2007. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Communications from Fairfield University, earned in 2001.
