Victor Hugo Diaz Rodrigues is an experienced professional with a diverse background in quality auditing, customer care, and compliance. Currently serving as the Lead Quality Auditor and Supervisor at First Advantage since July 2018, Victor effectively manages a multicultural team to enhance productivity and streamline operations while addressing escalations from clients and account managers. Previously, Victor held the role of Local Compliance Officer at First Advantage, providing exceptional customer service in the customer service department. Prior experiences include positions at Essex Cares Limited as a Stores Person, Pitman Training Group Ltd. as a Receptionist, and Bradesco as a Documentary Checker in Trade Finance. Victor holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Faculdade de Direito de Sao Bernardo do Campo, earned from 2008 to 2016.
