Kenneth Gries is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in global real estate and facilities management, currently serving as Senior Director and Vice President for Global Real Estate at Firmenich since June 1995. Kenneth has developed a comprehensive global real estate organization managing a portfolio of 110 sites across 31 countries, overseeing significant financial transactions including the sale of sites generating $40 million and lease negotiations exceeding $300 million. Additionally, Kenneth has a strong background in facilities management with responsibilities for annual budgets and capital investments. Previous roles at Firmenich included leadership in North American operations and services, where Kenneth implemented performance metrics and managed multimillion-dollar capital projects.
