Joseph Phillips II is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in management and community relations. As the Chief Executive Officer at SIAFFA-WLEDE Inc. since June 2016, Joseph has demonstrated leadership skills and strategic vision. In addition, Joseph has held the position of Estates Community Relations Manager at Firestone Liberia, Inc. since April 2012, while previously serving as the Production Manager for Rubberwood Operations from 2007 to 2012. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from William Paterson University and a high school diploma from Ricks Institute, along with further studies at the University of Liberia.
