FireStarter Entertainment’s Talent Agency Division was born from a desire to bridge the gap between Broadway and the Television & Film Industry.  In the Golden Age of Television & Film, many of our legendary actors were plucked directly from the Broadway Stage.  Over the years, the reverse has occurred.  Television & Film actors are now plucked from the screen to star on Broadway, in order to use their name and popularity to increase ticket sales, while in the meantime, Broadway Stars are having trouble making that career making transition to Television & Film.  We aim to change this.  We are excited to introduce our talented actors, many of whom come directly from the Broadway Stage, into the Television & Film Market.  We hope you can help make this dream a reality.

This team actively works to identify and promote these talented individuals, helping them transition into the Television and Film industries through auditions, workshops, and strategic representation. By enhancing their visibility and providing tailored support, the Performance Team aims to bridge the gap between theater and screen, ultimately facilitating a fruitful crossover for Broadway stars.
