Dale is the Founder and President of Fire&Spark, a company that specializes in SEO, content marketing, and analytics for ecommerce and B2B brands. In this role, Dale helps brands compete for search traffic and achieve continuous growth in organic sales. Dale has worked with notable clients such as Citizen Watch, Nestle, Raymond Weil, and Bulova.

Dale has also served as a Startup Mentor at 500 Startups, a global venture capital seed fund and startup accelerator. Dale provided guidance and support to technology startups and helped manage the fund's investments, which total over $200 million.

Dale Bertrand earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering from Brown University in 1999. Following this, they pursued further education at Brown University and obtained a Master of Science degree in Electrical Engineering in 2002.
