Joe Donato has extensive experience in emergency management and training, currently serving as the Training/Special Events Manager at FireKeepers Casino Hotel since July 2009. In addition, Joe is an NFPA 1403 Instructor and NFPA Inspector 1 with the Athens Township Fire Department, where the role spans from April 2015. Since February 2020, Joe has also held the position of Deputy Director of Emergency Management with the Calhoun County Sheriff. Furthermore, Joe has been an Assistant Fire Chief with the Athens Township Fire Department since October 1999. Educationally, Joe graduated from Athens High School with a diploma in General Studies between 1994 and 1998.
