Riley Braden has four years of work experience. In 2021, they began working as a Junior Application Support at Firefly Learning. In 2020, they worked as a First Line Support at Capita. In 2019, they worked as a Senior Sales Assistant at Wineflair. From 2017 to 2021, they worked as an Information Technology Desktop Support at Belfast City Council, providing IT support in person and over the phone to the employees of Belfast city council. They also had experience with hardware and software support, Office 365 knowledge, managing user permissions with AD manager, relocating PC's, setting up VPN's and mapping network drives.

Riley Braden obtained a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Ulster University between 2015 and 2020.
