František Hlinka's work experience includes positions at Fireball Inc. and Casablanca INT. František started at Casablanca INT in December 2018 as a Helpdesk employee and worked until June 2019. In November 2019, they joined Fireball Inc. as an Android Developer, and later became the Android Team Lead in September 2021. The end dates for both roles at Fireball Inc. are not provided.

František Hlinka is currently pursuing a degree in Informační technologie at the Faculty of Information Technology CTU in Prague since 2019. In addition, they obtained the Cambridge English Level 2 Certificate in ESOL International (Advanced) from Cambridge Assessment English in December 2018.
