Molly Fratianne

Molly Fratianne has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Molly is currently working as the Director of Strategic Partnerships at the Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression since January 2022. Previously, they held the role of Program Officer, Outreach at the same organization from January 2021 to January 2022.

Before joining the Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression, Molly founded and served as the CEO of Ennovation, a company focused on launching new initiatives and providing consultation in strategic partnerships, project management, measurement, and innovation. Molly worked there from May 2018 to January 2021.

Molly also had several roles at the Charles Koch Institute. Molly started as a Koch Associate, attending weekly sessions on Market-Based Management and classical liberal philosophies. Molly then worked as a Student Relations Coordinator, where they developed opportunities for students to recruit more applicants for educational programs. Molly later became a Program Manager, Educational Programs, incorporating the Koch Summer Fellow Program into the institute's educational programming suite. Lastly, they held the position of Manager of Free Expression, overseeing grant recipients and spearheading campus free speech issue campaigns. Molly'stenure at the Charles Koch Institute spanned from 2011 to 2018.

Additionally, Molly worked at the Institute for Humane Studies as a Program Assistant, providing marketing and logistics assistance for summer seminars and the Koch Summer Fellowship Program. Molly represented the institute at community events and utilized social media marketing techniques to boost seminar attendance. Molly held this role from August 2011 to March 2012.

At the beginning of their career, Molly served as the Campus Coordinator for the Ohio region at Students For Liberty. Molly built a network of pro-liberty groups in Ohio and coordinated knowledge sharing among them. Molly also assisted in organizing conferences and events for the organization. Molly held this position from March 2010 to June 2011.

Molly Fratianne attended Ashland University from 2007 to 2011, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree. Molly'sareas of study included Political Science, Philosophy, and Electronic Media Productions.
