Sue Turnbull is an experienced leadership development professional currently serving as the Leadership Workstream Project Manager at Fire and Emergency New Zealand since January 2021. In this role, Turnbull oversees initiatives responding to a workplace culture review and manages a team of three direct reports. Previously, Turnbull held various leadership development positions within Fire and Emergency New Zealand, including acting Manager Leadership Development and Senior Advisor Leadership Development. With a strong background in training and education management, Turnbull has also worked as Training Manager at ICARAS, CEO of Training For You and Capital Training, and General Manager at Capital Training. Educational qualifications include a BA (Hons) in Social Sciences, PGCE (FE), and QTLS. Turnbull is currently pursuing a National Certificate in Adult Literacy and Numeracy Education.
