Steve Patrick is an experienced fire service professional with a diverse background in firefighting, emergency medical training, and rescue operations. Currently serving as a Senior Instructor and Volunteer Support Officer at Fire and Emergency NZ since April 2017, Steve has effectively utilized expertise gained from previous roles as a Director at Fire-Med Solutions and a firefighter/EMT with Canadian Natural Resources Ltd. and the New Zealand Fire Service. With a track record of leadership in emergency services, including a focus on confined space and height rescue, Steve is dedicated to enhancing public safety through comprehensive training programs that leverage extensive knowledge from over three decades in the industry. Educational qualifications include a Certificate in Management from the New Zealand Institute of Management and certifications in Emergency Medical Responder and Emergency Medical Technician.
