Lucille Hayes is an experienced project management professional currently serving as a Project Manager at Fire and Emergency NZ since July 2023. Prior to this role, Lucille managed accreditation operations and access for the FIFA Women's World Cup Australia & New Zealand 2023â„¢ from July 2022 to October 2023 and worked as a contractor from September 2019 to October 2023. Lucille's background includes project management positions at the Earthquake Commission, the Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment, and the Ministry of Education of New Zealand, where projects involved the MIQ and vocational education. Lucille also held various roles at Maritime NZ, focusing on strategic planning, and had a lengthy career with NZ Police, which included being a Senior Liaison Officer for major events. Lucille holds a Project Management certification from Project Plus, obtained in 2021.
