We build, renovate and modernise premises from the perspective of their user. We are changing the construction industry towards a customer-driven service business. We take advantage of digitality and new technologies to develop solutions and services that make life easier. Our goal is to internationalise with a focus on scalable, smart business.

Fira was established in 2002. During our journey, we have moved from expert-driven concrete construction to customer orientation and from there towards a focus on people and customer service. Fira Group includes a diverse range of new development, renovation, housing and pipe renovation projects in which Fira Oy acts as the main contractor. Our head office is located in Vantaa.

Fira Group’s net sales have grown profitably since 2009. In 2017, the Group’s net sales were EUR 217.4 million, and growth is expected to continue in 2018. Fira employs some 300 people.

The Project Management Team at Fira is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of construction projects from inception to completion. This includes planning, scheduling, budgeting, and ensuring that all projects align with Fira's customer-oriented approach and innovative use of digital technologies. The team collaborates with various departments and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and smart building solutions that fulfill the dreams and needs of urban inhabitants.
