Elena Reuter has a diverse work experience that spans over a decade. Elena currently serves as the Head of Real Estate at FINVIA since August 2020. Prior to that, they worked at HQ Trust GmbH, where they held various positions including Partner and Co-Leitung Immobilien from September 2019 to July 2020, Partner and Asset Management Immobilien from June 2019 to August 2019, Associate Partner and Asset Management Immobilien from June 2018 to May 2019, and Associate Partner and Asset Management Immobilien from May 2017 to May 2018. Elena started their career at AFIAA as an Asset Manager from December 2012 to June 2015. Before that, they had short-term positions as a Trainee at A&M Ciencias Económicas in 2011 and at Drees & Sommer in 2009.

Elena Reuter completed their Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Immobilienwirtschaft at Nürtingen-Geislingen University (HfWU) from 2006 to 2010. Elena then pursued further education and earned their Master of Arts (M.A.) in International Finance & Entrepreneurship from Hochschule Kaiserslautern between 2010 and 2012.
