Michelle Hutten is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Manager at Flint People since July 2024 and has held similar HR Manager roles at The Next Label, Cooder, Buro5 IT Recruitment, Finture Careers, and Vesper People since October 2017. With a focus on recruitment management, Michelle contributed to the establishment of The Next Label in August 2019 as the overarching organization for multiple recruitment brands. Previous experience includes a project role at FOOX Groothandelsorganisatie in 2015, where a strategic improvement plan was developed and implemented. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Bedrijfscommunicatie & Management and a Bachelor’s in Small Business and Retail Management from the University of Antwerp and Avans University of Applied Sciences, respectively.
