Rachel Shaw is an experienced banking professional currently serving as an Associate at FinTrU since October 2022. Previously, Rachel spent over 25 years at HSBC, where roles included Network Manager, overseeing a team to support Northern Ireland branches and achieve sustainable growth, and Retail Branch Manager, where Rachel played a key role in developing new procedures and improving internal processes. Rachel holds multiple qualifications from the LIBF, including a Level 5 in Professionalism, Conduct & Ethics, a Level 4 Diploma in Retail Banking Conduct & Business, and a Level 3 Chartered Banker PSB Foundation Standard for Professional Bankers.
