Stirling Fielding is currently an advisor at Finteum. Prior to that, they worked as a sales specialist at Investec from December 2017 to July 2020. There, they were responsible for the full sales cycle management from origination, working with the counterparty at senior and founder levels to establish the initial offering, negotiating terms, onboarding ownership and continued client relationship management through a rapidly fluctuating funding and pricing environment.

Before their time at Investec, Fielding worked as a sales account manager at Bloomberg LP from July 2014 to December 2017. There, they developed a wide base of knowledge in the payments and deposits sector and close working relationships with various internal stakeholders, including payments, AML/KYC/MLRO, compliance, marketing, engineering (inc API setup), ALM and the requirements of Central Treasury.

Fielding's career began as a recruitment consultant at Instant Impact from November 2013 to July 2014. Stirling then interned at JPMorgan Chase in their Worldwide Security Services department from March 2011 to April 2011.

Stirling Fielding is an alumnus of The University of Sheffield where they studied International Relations and East Asian Studies with a focus on Political Science. Stirling also attended Bournemouth Grammar School. Stirling is certified from The Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (The CISI) in CISI Capital Markets (Regulation, Derivatives) and also holds a certification from LinkedIn in Introduction to AWS for Non-Engineers: 1 Cloud Concepts.
