Alina (Ciolan) Gheara is an experienced Service Delivery Manager currently employed at FintechOS since July 2021, where responsibilities include facilitating delivery partners' success in implementing FintechOS technology and enhancing their delivery capabilities. Previously, Alina held roles at Oracle, serving as Partner Service Delivery Manager, where management of service delivery partner performance and subcontractor requirements was paramount. Additionally, Alina has experience as a Program Manager at Oracle, overseeing project management processes and OEM partner financials. Earlier roles include EAF Procurement Specialist-Expeditor at Schlumberger, focusing on supply chain services. Alina holds a Master's degree in Geomorphology and Cartography from the Faculty of Geography at the University of Bucharest and has participated in the Erasmus Programme at Le Mans Université, specializing in sustainable development and urban planning.
